These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Sharjah Crockery website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our related policies.
Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You must not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or use the website in a way that harms Sharjah Crockery, other customers or service providers.
Product Information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, dimensions, photographs, prices and availability. Minor variation may occur because of lighting, screen settings, manufacturing batches, hand-finishing, materials or packaging. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Orders and Acceptance
- Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
- We may verify customer details, payment, stock and delivery availability before confirming an order.
- We may cancel or limit an order because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or misuse.
- If payment was already collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Prices and Payments
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The amount shown at checkout applies to that order, subject to correction of an obvious error. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage passes in accordance with applicable law and the delivery method. Customers must provide a correct address and be available to receive the parcel.
Returns, Refunds and Damaged Items
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Fragile-product damage, missing items or incorrect products should be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions may have separate eligibility conditions, dates, product exclusions or usage limits. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
Reviews and User Content
When you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and does not violate another person's rights. We may moderate or remove content that is misleading, abusive, unlawful or unrelated.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, graphics, photographs, text and design are owned by or licensed to Sharjah Crockery and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where allowed by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sharjah Crockery is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, delivery delays or product misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute should first be raised with our customer-support team so both parties can attempt a practical resolution.
