Shipping policy
We aim to pack and deliver every Sharjah Crockery order safely and efficiently. This policy explains our standard order processing and shipping arrangements.
Shipping Area
- We currently deliver within Pakistan.
- Delivery availability may be limited for certain remote or restricted locations.
- One order is normally shipped to one delivery address. Please place separate orders for multiple addresses.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed on working days after confirmation and stock verification.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are normally processed on the next working day.
- During promotions, holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take longer than usual.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Major cities: approximately 3–5 working days.
- Other locations: approximately 5–7 working days.
- Delivery estimates begin after order confirmation and are not guaranteed dates.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charge or free-delivery offer will be shown at checkout before the order is placed. Customers should not pay the courier more than the amount stated on the invoice or order confirmation.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the courier name and tracking number will be shared after dispatch by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Tracking may take several hours to become active.
Fragile Products
Crockery, glassware, décor and other fragile items are packed with protective materials. Please inspect the parcel as soon as it arrives. Report visible damage, breakage, missing items or an incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occur because of weather, road closures, public holidays, courier disruptions, incorrect address details, customer unavailability or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number and delivery address. A failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information may require additional delivery charges.
